Screen with title in status bar

screen is a nice terminal tool.

  1. cp example screenrc from doc to home directory
  2. Add following lines to screenrc, window titles of current screen session will be shown in status bar with current window title hilighted.
hardstatus string "%h"
caption always "%{=r}%?%{b}%-Lw%?%{+bu r}%n*%f %t%{R}%{-bu}%?%{b}%+Lw%: %?%{+b B}%=%C:%s"
